* For Students (under 35, born after 01.01.1984), a letter of confirmation from the Head Unit must be sent upon registration.
** Accompanying person can only participate in the social programme activities. A registered participant can only register ONE accompanying person.

The delegate’s registration fee includes:

  • Full access to the meeting, including Workshops, Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
  • Lunches and coffee breaks, Sunday-Wednesday
  • All social events
  • 25 % VAT

Payment
All fees are referred to in Danish Kronor (DKK) and are including 25% Danish VAT. All payments should be made in DKK.

Payment by credit card
The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (American Express, VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email.

Payment by bank transfer
You will find the bank details on the invoice that will be send to you digitally. Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to this bank account within 14 days after you have registered. Your registration is only confirmed once the registration fees have been received in full.
Please note that as from the 7th of April 2019 only payment per credit card is accepted.

 

Danish VAT
Please note that mentioned prices are VAT included. The standard Danish VAT is 25% and it will be charged on all registrations. For a VAT refund please turn to your own country’s tax authorities.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full cancellation of your participation must be emailed to the ESACT Congress Delegate Management Secretariat – MCI Amsterdam at ESACT-registration@mci-group.com. Amendments should be made via the portal if you have created a Portal account, if not, please notify the Congress Delegate Management Secretariat by email.

The following cancellation fees will apply to the registration fees:
• Cancellations received before or on the 20th of March 2019 will be refunded less DKK 700 administrative costs
• Cancellations received after the 20th of March 2019 will not be refunded

All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made after the congress in the same manner as the original payment was received. If bank charges apply, they will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Handling and administrative fees
A handling fee of DKK 400 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday 20 March 2019. For a badge name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
